Melinda did a great job of editing and reformatting the manuscript. However, her first draft could have been scrutinized more thoroughly before delivery. Still, she responded well to the second round of edits and then did a great job of uploading the manuscript and book to KDP. Overall, a great experience.

She really had a tough job with me as I was very demanding, but she pulled through and did an exceptional job. It's no wonder I use her for my two books one after the other. her lever of service and politeness are commemdable.

Don't hire Melinda. She overpromises, lacks design sense, and makes basic mistakes. She needs supervision to do her job. Don't let her upload your book to KDP. She can't do it. I paid her for work she could not do. She can ruin your project.
