My Job Duties Included: MikroTik Configuration: RouterOS v6 and v7, firewall rules, NAT, routing, and network optimization. BGP Routing: BGP configuration, multi-upstream routing, traffic distribution, public IP prefix routing, and routing troubleshooting. Load Balancing & Failover: PCC load balancing, dual-WAN configuration, automatic failover, and multiple PPPoE connections. ISP Network Management: PPPoE server configuration, subscriber management, bandwidth allocation, and traffic shaping. CGNAT & IP Management: Public and private IP pool planning, NAT configuration, IP mapping, and scalable subscriber connectivity. Bandwidth Management: Queue configuration, speed-limit enforcement, traffic prioritization, and network performance optimization. RADIUS & Subscriber Authentication: SAS RADIUS integration, PPPoE authentication, and dynamic subscriber queue management. FTTH & Fiber Networking: OLT configuration, VLAN management, fiber network troubleshooting, and network deployment support.
