I began my teaching career with Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan, where I worked as a primary school teacher on a one-year contract from 1st March 2007 to 28th February 2008. During this period, I taught major subjects including Science, Mathematics, Urdu, and English to primary-level students. This experience provided me with a strong foundation in teaching young learners and helped me develop effective classroom management and lesson planning skills. Teaching primary students allowed me to understand the individual learning needs of children and to adapt my teaching methods accordingly. In Science, I focused on making concepts simple and relatable to everyday life so that students could develop curiosity and interest in the subject. In Mathematics, I worked on building students’ confidence in numbers, problem-solving, and logical thinking through clear explanations and regular practice. For Urdu and English, I emphasized reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills. I always tried to create an engaging classroom environment where students felt comfortable asking questions and participating in discussions. My aim was to make learning enjoyable, meaningful, and easy to understand for every child. After completing my contract with Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan, I joined the Government Education Department as a teacher. Since then, I have been serving in the Education Department of the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, where I am currently working. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in teaching students from different academic levels and backgrounds. My responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom teaching, student assessment, maintaining discipline, and supporting the overall academic growth of students. I strongly believe in creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence and achieve their full potential.
