• Develop customized software solutions as required by management. • Maintain both imported and internally developed software used across different departments. • Design and develop database software using Visual Basic (e.g., Knitting & Dyeing, Sampling, Yarn Stock, ISO Training, Attendance). • Develop and maintain web-based software applications using PHP (e.g., Security, Accounts, Knitting, KC Bazar). • Manage and update the corporate website with structured data integration. (www.knitconcern.com) • Administer and maintain SQL Server and MySQL Server databases. • Perform regular database backups and ensure data security. • Import/export data across systems (Face Device, RTA600, KC, Laxmi, BISIC, etc.). • Maintain Biotimes software databases and employee attendance systems. • Maintain RTA600 Software  Ensure smooth integration of attendance data into payroll systems. • Provide leave and attendance support, including Earned Leave calculations. • Assist employees with attendance discrepancies or missing data. • Maintain secure storage of organizational data and ensure compliance with IT policies. • Maintain GarmentsPro, KnitPro, Dyepro, Dyeschemical etc existing software (Data add, exclude, edit) • Solving any bug of existing software. • Lead a team of consultants, programmers, developers, and analysts. • Provide training and growth opportunities for ICT staff. • Ensure a safe, secure, and productive work environment. • Develop software documentation, security guidelines, and procedural manuals. • Generate and deliver customized reports for top management. • Establish ICT security standards, procedures, and compliance guidelines. • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by management. • Strong expertise in Visual Basic, PHP, SQL Server, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.Net, Crystal Reports. • Strong ability to making SQL Query. • Hands-on experience with attendance devices (Face Device, RTA600) and integration software.
