1. Server Administration: Administer VMWare Cluster, vCenter, Hyper-V, SCv3020 Dell Storage. Manage Linux and Windows servers, including Active Directory, DNS, Active Sync, GPOs. Oversee Exchange and Zimbra mail servers, web servers, subdomains, and cloud server administration. Perform installation and migration of Linux and Windows servers. Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Monitor server performance (VMs,CPU, memory utilization), and manage RAID Technology, memory, and CPU allocation. 2. Network and System Security: Administer firewall Fortinet (internet facing and server firm), core switch, PfSense, IPsecVPN. Handle network security and data centre management, including SSL, Cloudflare, and Samba. Troubleshoot authentication, permission, and replication issues. Work on storage (iSCSI, NFS), file servers (Linux, Windows), and hardening. 3. Backup and Disaster Recovery: Maintain disaster recovery (DR) and data center (DC) environments. Manage backup and restore operations, including scheduling and creating new backup rules. Oversee Veeam backup and HyperV replication. 4. System Integration and Management: Integrate and administer various services (CBS, Chatbot, API, MFS, Apps). 5. Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Syslog, Cacti) to oversee server health and performance. Analyze system logs, identify potential issues, and mitigate risks. Handle incident management, including logging, reporting, and documentation. 6. Patch and Vulnerability Management: Manage WSUS patch deployment to ensure servers are up to date. Address vulnerability alerts and implement risk mitigation strategies. 7. Audit and Compliance: Conduct ISO 27001 and regulatory audits, adhering to company policies and guidelines. 8. Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose and resolve server hardware and software issues, escalating with vendors as needed. Troubleshoot reported problems and implement fixes.
