I am a professional virtual bookkeeper and administrative assistant. I will do Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, Xero and Excel. My experience aligns well with the qualifications you are seeking at Bookkeeping and Accounting. I am certain I would make a valuable addition to your organization.
I will do:
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process in QuickBooks Online
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, vendor ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
- Bank and Credit card reconciliation
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Enter data, maintain records and lunch reports and financial statements
- Process accounts receivable/payable and handle payroll in a timely manner
- Advance MS Excel
- Administrative assistant works

Seller did well on first gig which was a simple set of books. With a more complex set of accounts, was not able to complete the job and essentially just left it. He tried but it appears to be more than he could handle, had to get another freelancer to finish up. Communication could be better.
