What makes you different from other VO artists on Fiverr?
Experience. I'm a pro-vetted talent with 15 years of client experience and a BA in Acting with professional vocal training. The sound of my voice is only one aspect of the product, a pro creative process is also what sets me apart. This is why I charge industry standard rates.
I've never booked a voiceover before, where do I start?
You start by inboxing me and telling me about your project. All I need to know is the word length, where it's going to be used and whether you have any existing media (music, video or animation) that it's going with and we can chat with no obligation to book.
I'm ready to book directly, what is my order checklist?
You need to select: 1. A basic session fee- the figure that comes up when you enter your word length. 2. A usage license: a commercial or broadcast license, these are explained below, one usage charge is required PER SCRIPT. 3. An editing fee: if you want me to finish the file / time synch it.
I understand all orders need a usage license added, what does a Commercial license cover?
Covers the use of VO for any business purpose that isn't paid media. Select this for web videos, live announcements, B2B, training material and youtube (as long as it's not an online ad for youtube). Usage rights are applicable PER SCRIPT / SPOT.
What do Broadcast rates cover?
This is what you need if your project is for paid media purposes, this means TV, radio, paid online advertising and paid social media. My rate is for 3, 6, 12 months or a full buyout into perpetuity. Usage rights are applicable PER SCRIPT / CUTDOWN.
How many revisions do I get?
My fee includes 2 revisions if necessary to get exactly the sound you're after. If you'd like the option for further re-records this is charged at an extra session fee PER revision. You can select this in the gig extra or just ask me to add it to the order as we go along.
Are you rates negotiable?
Within reason. My rates are carefully considered and have been determined as an average of professional rates across different platforms and UK equity rates. If you have budget constraints though, still get in touch and let's talk!
What editing service to you provide?
My standard offer is a basic cleanup. If you need de-breathed finished audio, files splitting, multiple file exports or time synching to your video please add these services to your order.
If my project is very long, can I have a bulk discount?
Yes! I'm happy to cater my price to make projects of 1000 words or more affordable. Get in touch for a quote!
Can you time synch the VO to an animation or video that I already have?
Sure! This comes at a small extra production cost and can be selected as an extra.
