Yes, please. Tell me what is happening, when it started, and any errors you are seeing. I can help determine which package best fits the problem before you order.
What kinds of WordPress problems can you fix?

What counts as one clearly defined problem?
One problem has a specific symptom or failure we can investigate, such as a form that stopped sending, a PHP error, a failed update, or a plugin feature that stopped working. Multiple unrelated problems may require a larger package.
What if the problem is bigger than expected?
Sometimes a simple symptom reveals a larger underlying issue. If I discover that the work falls outside the package you purchased, I will explain what I found and discuss the options with you before doing additional work.
Will you need access to my WordPress site?
Usually, yes. Depending on the problem, I may need temporary WordPress admin, hosting, SFTP, database, or log access. Please do not send passwords in your initial message. We will determine what access is actually necessary first.
Do you guarantee that every problem can be fixed?
No developer can responsibly guarantee that before diagnosing the problem. Some issues involve abandoned plugins, damaged databases, hosting restrictions, or compromised sites. I will diagnose the issue, explain what I find, and repair it where reasonably possible within the agreed scope.
