NAILED IT — Contractor Exam Preparation eLearning Program Instructional Design | eLearning Development | LMS Development | Assessment Design I designed and developed NAILED IT, a structured online exam-preparation program created to help aspiring contractors prepare for professional licensing examinations through a more organized, interactive, and learner-focused experience. My role covered the project from instructional design and course structure through eLearning development and LMS implementation. What I Delivered *Brand website design * Structured extensive exam-preparation content into a clear, learner-friendly course experience * Designed learning pathways that help learners progressively build knowledge and exam readiness * Developed engaging lessons using multimedia and visual learning elements * Created quizzes, practice questions, and assessment activities to reinforce learning * Organized practice materials to support both knowledge review and exam preparation * Built the course within LearnWorlds, including course structure, lesson organization, navigation, and learner experience * Designed a consistent visual experience across the course * Applied instructional design principles to transform information-heavy content into a more engaging digital learning experience The Approach Rather than simply uploading study materials into an LMS, I focused on creating a learning experience that helps learners understand, practice, assess, and prepare. The result is a structured digital learning environment that combines instructional design, assessment, multimedia, and LMS technology to make complex exam-preparation content easier to navigate and engage with.
