FAQ
Do you design email templates?
I only complete basic designs, based off of already existing website designs. I do not design general marketing templates, that is not my strength.
Do you inline your CSS?
Yes I do. All of my templates are built with the CSS inlined, to ensure rendering support in all major email clients.
Do you allow for revisions?
I do, to a degree. I understand ideas can change and sometimes a layout may need to be tweaked after you've seen the completed template. I can allow minor changes, however any extensive design changes that require a complete rebuild of a layout, will require a new gig and/or price to be set.
Can you simply debug code problems from a template?
Absolutely! Having as much experience as I have means I've been exposed to all of the major email client quirks, fixes, hacks and best practice steps for all of the major clients. I can setup a custom gig to take your HTML, run it through Litmus, identify the issues and fix anything I can find.
How do you test your email templates?
I have a Litmus account where I can test my code in all of the most popular email clients, including country specific clients. If you so require, I can also supply a link to your template tests for your own review.
