Led marketing strategy for a boutique marketing firm, helping businesses launch their go-to-market strategies and build out repeatable processes for their internal marketing teams. Worked directly with clients to translate broad business goals into actionable marketing plans. Key achievements during this role include growing a podcast studio from the ground up, producing several shows that earned industry award nominations. One show, focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion, won a podcast award after only one year in existence. Also led a local marketing campaign for a small nonprofit that generated over half a million views and nearly twenty five thousand dollars in revenue across participating businesses, all on a budget of under one thousand dollars. This experience gives me a strong foundation in building marketing strategy from scratch, managing creative projects to measurable results, and stretching limited budgets into significant returns, all of which directly inform how I approach marketing and UGC consulting for clients today.

Program Manager

Conceptualized and led a coaching program designed to help non-traditional entrepreneurs build business acumen, with a focus on participants from underserved communities facing barriers to starting and scaling a business. Developed and delivered training on marketing, business development, and sales to drive growth and profitability for program participants. Identified key barriers limiting underserved entrepreneurs and built solutions to create real opportunities for them to launch and grow. Facilitated community networking programs that directly supported participants' business success, and tracked, measured, and coached entrepreneurs through their progress. During this program, we generated over six hundred thousand dollars in revenue for the program itself, while participating entrepreneurs collectively generated nearly one million dollars in revenue for their own businesses. We also launched an online marketing event that brought in over two hundred sign ups on a budget of around one hundred and twenty dollars. Also managed the full scope of program operations, including budget management, funding strategy to sustain the program long term, recruiting and onboarding staff, and setting and meeting both short and long term program goals. This role sharpened my ability to translate marketing and business strategy into practical guidance for entrepreneurs at every stage, a skill set I bring directly into consulting sessions with small business and brand clients today.
