Also handled basic page management tasks, including keeping business information accurate and current, and coordinating post timing around the business's promotions and announcements. This role provided direct, hands-on experience with the full cycle of social media management — from content strategy through daily execution and audience engagement — for a real business in a specialized industry. It also built a practical understanding of how content and consistency affect audience trust and engagement over time, which now directly informs the Facebook and Instagram services offered on Fiverr.
