Responsible for the overall management of production operations, overseeing the following areas: Production planning: coordinating work schedules to ensure the optimisation of resources and adherence to on-time delivery (OTD) targets. Production departments: managing processes across various areas, including pressing, welding, painting, machine tools and assembly, with the aim of raising quality and productivity standards. Logistics and shipping: ensuring delivery schedules are met through efficient and punctual distribution. Process analysis: implementing continuous improvement solutions, monitoring and optimising warehouse indicators. Manufacturing Engineering: providing technical support for product industrialisation, managing and optimising work cycles, and introducing new technologies. Tooling: creating and maintaining the equipment and tools required for production processes. My role focuses on the integration of resources, the improvement of production performance and the implementation of strategies to maximise efficiency and added value for the company.
