For remote installations, yes — I'll need temporary SSH access or a screen-sharing session. For API keys, you create them yourself and share during setup; I never store them. All access is revocable immediately after the session. I can also provide async step-by-step instructions if you prefer
Which environments do you support for Openclaw installation?
Mac Mini (macOS), Ubuntu/Debian VPS (any provider — AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr), and local Linux machines. Windows is supported via WSL2. Let me know your environment in your first message so I can confirm compatibility before you order.
