Did not meet expectations as discussed. Was told script would get edited, formatted and proofread. It was not proofread at all and only edited once I pointed out the many errors. Mary was excellent to work with. I really appreciated her willingness to stay engaged through multiple rounds of edits and help bring the project across the finish line. She was professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout. I would absolutely work with her again.
