Do I need a licence?
Most of the time, yes. A commercial licence is for promoting your product or service in non-paid marketing channels. Your own website or social media for example. A broadcast licence is for promoting your product or service in paid broadcasting channels. TV, radio, internet for example.
Can I hear some samples?
Yes at the top of the page.
How long is 150 words?
About 1 minute of a natural sounding read
How do I place an order?
Put the number of words in your script into the box in the top right corner of the page. It will show you the base price. Then click "continue" and select any extras you want by ticking the small boxes. When you're done, click "continue to checkout".
When will I receive my order?
Always within 48 hours. If you need it faster, please add the extra for 24 hour delivery.
What's HQ audio file?
I export to WAV as standard which is a high quality (HQ) audio format. An MP3 is a smaller file size because it has been compressed and therefore loses quality.
Do you charge for revisions?
Any errors I make will be sorted for free. I've included one revision free of charge (to include up to 25% of the script) but if the revision is for a change of tone I wasn't made aware of, or a script error on your part, I'll have to charge
Can you do express delivery?
Yes, please add the gig extra if you need it within 24 hours
Can you match the timing of my animation?
Yes, if you provide the final video, I can sync the voiceover to it.
Can you split the audio into separate files?
Absolutely, just let me know how you’d like them labelled.
