Manufacturing a product is a long process that begins in the conceptualization, this gig scope is meant to include all design stages and provide quality models and designs to start prototyping.

I have research and studies in medical anatomy, anthropometrics, biomechanics, bionics and robotics. 5+ years developing of bionics and wearables design such as prosthetic limbs, exoskeletons and robotics. I´ve prototyped a functional transradial 5 degrees of freedom myo-electric prosthetic arm.

No, for this kind of projects you´ll need a team of at least a programmer and/or robotic engineer and additive manufacturing specialist. I`m able to work with teams and manage all the aspects of the project. From development to manufacturing to marketing.

For the design I take in consideration what´s available in the market and state of the art. Standard actuators such as servos, brushless, steppers, linear, etc. I can design morphologic and manufacture aspects from scratch only in conjunction with robotics engineer managing the functionality.

For Bionic limbs up to elbow disarticulation for the arm. For legs up to knee disarticulation. For more extended design as a full limb ask for custom offers!
