You do — directly to the AI provider with your own account and API key. I'll guide you through creating the account (5 min). Usage is usually $1-20/month for small businesses.
Which AI models do you support?
OpenAI (GPT-4, GPT-5), Claude (Sonnet, Opus), Gemini and open-source options via Ollama. I recommend the best one based on your use case and budget.
Can the bot be trained on my own data?
Yes — using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) the bot can answer using your PDFs, website, FAQs or internal docs. Included from Standard package and up.
Do you build voice AI that calls customers?
Yes — voice agents using Twilio + ElevenLabs + GPT/Claude that can call leads automatically (available in Premium or as a Gig Extra). Same tech I built into Markulia.
