FAQ
What is a reverse marketplace?
A reverse marketplace allows customers to post projects, jobs, or service requests while providers browse those requests and submit offers.
Can you build a marketplace for any industry?
Yes. I can configure Sharetribe for many service-based and request-based marketplace models, including professional services, freelance work, local services, B2B services, recruitment, consulting, and more.
Can customers negotiate with providers?
Yes. Sharetribe supports reverse price negotiation where providers submit offers and customers can review and respond to those offers.
Can you set up Stripe payments?
Yes. Stripe/payment configuration can be included depending on your Sharetribe plan and marketplace requirements.
Can providers search customer requests?
Sharetribe supports different user types and access controls, allowing the marketplace experience to be configured differently for customers and providers.
Can you integrate external tools?
Yes, depending on the integration. Please contact me before ordering if you require APIs, Zapier, external software, custom development or complex integrations.
Will you provide custom coding?
Standard Sharetribe configuration is included according to the selected package. Custom development is quoted separately based on the required functionality.
Do you provide the marketplace content?
I can configure the marketplace using the content you provide. Extensive copywriting, product/service data entry, branding design and large-scale content creation can be added separately.
