Namaste, I am Mario González Cuadrado, a 500-hour certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher. I offer personalized online sessions with breathwork, kriyas, meditation and mindful movement to help you release stress, awaken your energy and connect deeply with yourself.
I teach in English and Spanish to support students on their healing journey. My classes create a safe and uplifting space for self-growth and transformation.

Mario is so pleasant to learn from. He is patient and knowledgeable. Always carries a smile and positive attitude. He is easy to talk to and flexible with coordinating schedules. I really enjoyed learning from him and appreciate him as a human being and yoga teacher. I just purchased another package.

Mario is really great! he explained to me about the theory and then we did the meditation session, after the meditation I felt very relaxed. I can really see he cares about this process a lot. I will definitely order more sessions.

Mario held a group meditation session for 15+ people on basefloor.ai and it was received very well by the audience. The session started with gentle breathing, followed by easily followable meditation. Thank you.
