I also help clients think through customer onboarding terms, data and privacy language, payment and refund terms, IP ownership, vendor relationships, contractor and employee documentation, internal policies, and legal workflows that support day-to-day operations. Clients often come to me for help figuring out what legal documents, contract terms, or business protections are needed as their company grows or changes.
