UI/UX Designer & Web Developer
Nexa Digital Agency GmbH, Hamburg, Germany
Dec 2025 - Jan 2026 • 1 mo
While working at Nexa Digital, I handled a healthcare client project that required a high level of trust and professionalism in design. The biggest challenge was that the client’s previous website looked outdated and didn’t reflect the quality of their services, which affected user confidence. During development, I ran into a problem with balancing aesthetics and performance. The client wanted a visually rich experience with animations, but too many effects were slowing down the site, especially on mobile devices. I had to rethink the approach—keeping the design elegant while optimizing performance. I resolved this by using lightweight animations and prioritizing essential visual elements. I also restructured the layout to improve readability and accessibility. The final result was a clean, modern website that felt both professional and fast. The client later reported an increase in inquiries through the contact form, which showed that the redesign was doing its job.
Frontend Developer
UrbanTech Solutions GmbH, Berlin, Germany
Dec 2025 - Dec 2025 • 0 mos
At UrbanTech Solutions, I worked on a real estate marketplace platform that was struggling with poor user engagement and slow page loads. When I joined, users were dropping off before completing property searches, mainly because the interface felt cluttered and the filtering system lagged badly. I took ownership of the frontend redesign, simplifying the UI and restructuring the search flow to feel more intuitive. One major issue I encountered was performance pages with multiple property listings were taking too long to render due to unoptimized images and inefficient state management. I solved this by implementing lazy loading for images and restructuring the component logic to reduce unnecessary re-renders. After deploying the improvements, the platform became significantly faster and easier to use. The bounce rate dropped, and users started spending more time exploring listings. It was one of those projects where small technical fixes made a big business impact.
