Über mich
During my time working at a commercial facility in Japan, I often saw foreign visitors feeling frustrated because communicating in Japanese at stores could be very difficult.
That experience inspired me to start this service — to help make things a little easier and less stressful for travelers in Japan.
I would be happy if I could help make your trip smoother and support you when you need assistance.

Marika was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process. She made multiple phone calls in Japanese to various police stations and railway lost-and-found offices on my behalf. Her communication, attention to detail, and honesty were outstanding. Highly recommended!

I was able to get confirmation that my items had been handed in but was not able to arrange...
