What people tend to mention afterwards is that I speak human rather than engineer. Tell me it needs to feel bigger, or lonelier, or more like the last song of the night, and I'll know what that means. You don't need the vocab, you just need to know how it should feel.

Max is an incredible partner. He listens, makes sure he understands what you're going for, and then delivers. Importantly to me, he also isn't afraid to give you constructive criticism or push back on a suggestion when it's not what the song needs. It was a pleasure working with Max! I hit him with a pretty difficult project. A one hour life performance with 18 tracks. He went the extra mile to make my requested specific edits and work some magic fixing the vocals. Also took the time to repair some issues we had with the original video. Highly recommended!
