just provide your app name, and icon (size must be 512*512px).
How do you work?
To make the app i am using Xcode for iOS and Android Studio for Android app, So when app will complete before submission you can check them all if you found any issues i would like to try to solve.

Actually it's depends on google and apple but most of time Google taking 1-3 days and Apple 12-48 hours.
