I have built my professional experience around civil engineering, with a strong focus on stormwater, hydrology, hydraulics, GIS and site development. With 8 years of experience in GIS and hydrology, I have developed a practical understanding of terrain, drainage patterns, runoff behavior and how existing site conditions influence proposed improvements. My experience includes stormwater analysis, drainage documentation, site grading, utility coordination, hydrologic and hydraulic assessments, erosion and sediment control, SWPPP documentation, and review and correction of existing civil plans. I understand that effective civil engineering requires the different parts of a project to work together. Grading should support drainage, stormwater calculations should reflect site conditions, utilities should be properly coordinated, and documentation should be clear and organized. As I transitioned into freelance work, I brought this practical experience into providing technical support for clients with different civil and site-development needs. I work with surveys, topographic data, architectural plans, CAD files, existing civil drawings and drainage information to prepare or review documentation according to the agreed scope. My approach is built on accuracy, organization, attention to detail and clear communication. I take time to understand the project requirements before starting so the work addresses the actual technical needs of the client. Today, I provide support in stormwater management, hydrology, hydraulics, grading, drainage, utilities, SWPPP, erosion control, civil plan review and related site-development services. My goal is to understand the challenge, develop a practical solution and deliver clear, dependable and well-organized work.
