How are travel expenses handled for on-site factory visits?
Local visits within standard distance in Thailand are covered in the Premium package. For long-distance travel, cross-border visits (e.g., Vietnam, China), or remote industrial zones, please message me first for a custom travel quote before placing an order.
Does the package price include international shipping for product samples?
No, package prices cover my service fee to source, inspect, and package your samples. International shipping fees charged by DHL, FedEx, or local postal carriers are paid separately by the buyer.
