Will the bot make things up?
It's set up to answer only from your content and to say when it doesn't know. I test it on real questions before handover and show you the answers.
Which platforms does it work on?
Websites (WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow or custom), WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram. Phone agents work with a normal phone number.
Do I need the official WhatsApp Business API?
For a bot that runs reliably, yes. I'll help you set it up through Meta. Unofficial tools can get your number banned.
Who pays for OpenAI, Vapi or Retell usage?
You do, on your own accounts. I'll estimate the monthly cost from your expected chats and call minutes before we start.
Can it hand over to a real person?
Chats can go to your inbox, WhatsApp or helpdesk, and calls can transfer to any number you choose.
Can it book appointments?
In Standard and Premium, yes. It checks your calendar and books straight into Calendly, Cal.com, Google Calendar or GoHighLevel.
Does it handle other languages?
Tell me which languages your customers use and I'll test it in each one.
Can it make outbound sales calls?
This gig covers inbound calls. Outbound calls should only go to people who agreed to be contacted, under your local calling rules.
What happens when my content changes?
Small updates in the first 7 days are free. After that I can re-train it, or set it to re-sync your website on a schedule.
