At Faith Heroic Global, the team faced a big challenge: they needed stronger ways to connect with their community and better email designs that could capture attention. Messages were being sent out, but they often felt flat and didn’t inspire people to engage. The community also needed someone who could listen, respond, and make them feel valued. As Community Manager & Email Design Specialist, I stepped in to solve these problems. I built trust with the community by being present, answering questions, and creating spaces where people felt heard. I also redesigned email campaigns so they were clear, visually appealing, and easy to read. Instead of long, cluttered messages, I used simple layouts, strong visuals, and friendly language that made people want to open and respond. This helped boost engagement and made communication feel more personal. The skills I brought to the table included strong communication, creative design, and problem‑solving. I used empathy to understand what the community needed, design skills to make emails stand out, and organization to keep projects running smoothly. By combining these strengths, I helped Faith Heroic Global build a stronger bond with its audience and improve the way the team shared its mission.

At ThriveTogether, I worked as a Community Engagement Specialist where the biggest challenge was that many organizations struggled with low member participation, stagnant growth, and weak connections within their communities.
