What's the difference between raw footage and running time?
Raw footage is what you send us. Running time is the length of the finished video. For example, Basic accepts up to 30 min of footage and delivers up to a 10 min edit.
What counts as a revision?
One revision is one full round of feedback, and you can request as many changes as you need within it. New footage or a different concept counts as a new order.
Do you create the hook, or use the one I recorded?
Both. If your footage has no strong opening, we build one. If you already recorded a hook, we review it, improve it if we can, and keep it as is if it's already good.
What do I need to send to get started?
A link to your raw footage (Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer), a reference video you like, your target length, and any logos, fonts or music. Unsure about anything? Message us first.
Can you deliver faster than the listed time?
