FAQ
Can I edit the design myself after delivery?
Your design is delivered finished and ready to share, so there's nothing for you to edit. If you need changes, I'll make them for you within your included revisions, and extra revisions can be added.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your event details (names, date, time and venue), your preferred style and colors, and any wording or inspiration pictures you'd like me to use.
Can you deliver before the due date?
I often deliver early, but I always guarantee the delivery time in your package. For a tight deadline, choose Extra fast delivery.
Do you print or ship the invitations?
No. All designs are digital. You receive finished JPG, PNG and PDF files, ready to forward to your guests or print yourself.
How long does the invitation website stay live?
You receive a link to share with your guests, and the website stays live until the day of your event.
Does the website come with a custom domain?
No. Your website comes with its own link, ready to share with guests. If you'd like a custom domain, you'll need to buy and connect it yourself.
Can you add a countdown timer to my website?
Yes. A live countdown timer, set to your event date, is available as an add-on when you order the Crafted Website package.
