-Race
-Class
-Alignment
-Gender
-Physical description ( like the type of hair, skin, the color of their clothes, etc.) and personality traits (if your character is cheerful, lonely, evil, etc.)
And anything more you want to add!
More descriptions of your character, I can draw it more precisely :D If you have references, that helps too.
