What accounting software do you use?
I specialize in QuickBooks Online. Please contact me before ordering if you are currently using other accounting software.
What do you need from me to get started?
I will need access to your QuickBooks Online account, along with the relevant bank or credit card statements and financial information required for the agreed scope of work.
Can you work with my existing QuickBooks Online account?
Yes. I can work with an existing QuickBooks Online company file and organize, categorize, and reconcile transactions based on the selected package.
Do you provide tax preparation or tax advice?
No. This Gig is for bookkeeping services only. Tax preparation, tax filing, tax advice, and audit services are not included.
Can you clean up my old or messy books?
Yes, depending on the condition and period of the books. Extensive or historical cleanup may require a custom offer after I review your needs.
Can I order bookkeeping for multiple businesses?
Each package covers one business entity. If you need bookkeeping for additional entities, you can purchase the applicable Gig Extra or contact me for a custom offer.
