I configure workflows to receive information, process it according to business rules and send it to the correct application or team member. I develop n8n solutions for lead capture, automated follow-up, CRM updates, appointment booking, customer notifications, spreadsheet syncing, reporting and internal operations. I can connect n8n with platforms such as WhatsApp, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Airtable, OpenAI, Claude, email tools and other services that provide suitable API access. I also troubleshoot existing n8n workflows. This includes reviewing execution logs, correcting authentication problems, repairing webhook connections, resolving node errors and fixing incorrectly mapped data. When needed, I reorganize workflows to improve clarity, reliability and future maintenance. For AI-related projects, I can incorporate language models into an n8n workflow for tasks such as classification, summarization, structured responses and lead qualification.
