I did not start as a grant writer. I started helping charities and nonprofits survive.
After years of working with US nonprofits on tax compliance, LLC formation and financial reporting . I saw the same problem. I have spent over six years working directly with nonprofits, charities and community organisations across the US and UK helping them not just register and comply, but actually secure the funding they need to grow and deliver impact. My work spans US nonprofit tax compliance, LLC formation, financial reporting and EIN registration for foundations and charitable organisations. On the UK side I have supported charities through full Charity Commission registration, CIO formation, trustee governance and annual reporting giving me a deep understanding of how funders evaluate organisational credibility before approving grants. This compliance and financial background shaped how I approach grant writing. I understand what funders look for beyond the words strong governance, clear financials, credible leadership and measurable impact. Every proposal I write is built around these foundations. I have written grant proposals, funding applications, logic models and case for support documents for nonprofits and charities targeting US foundations, UK charitable trusts, lottery funders and government grant panels.
