Extensive experience using Autodesk PowerMill for complex machining strategies, high-efficiency roughing, electrode work, and 3-axis and 5-axis programming. Worked in high-production manufacturing environments including a 2-machine robot-fed 5-axis CNC cell focused on automated electrode and precision machining operations. Experienced with graphite machining, EDM electrode design, toolpath optimization, setup support, and manufacturing process improvement. Familiar with multiple machine controllers and platforms including Okuma, HAAS, Fanuc, Heidenhain, and Mitsubishi controls.
