I set up Zoho Desk ticket automation around your support process. Depending on your edition and package, this can include department and agent configuration, ticket fields, assignment/routing rules, notifications, priority workflows, and test tickets so you can see where each request goes.
Before you order, message me how requests arrive, how many agents or departments you have, and what should happen when a new ticket comes in. I will confirm the features your Zoho Desk plan supports and agree the workflow scope before I start.
