As a Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Engineer, I develop and deliver engaging, data-driven training programs that strengthen employee capability in Lean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Reliability Excellence principles. I partner closely with Continuous Improvement Engineers to identify process inefficiencies, implement sustainable solutions, and drive measurable improvements in quality, cost, and delivery performance. In addition, I design and maintain custom business tools, including Power Apps and SharePoint sites, to streamline communication, track initiatives, and enhance operational transparency. I support TPM strategies by promoting proactive equipment care, integrating reliability best practices, and fostering operator ownership. My role also involves leading cross-functional collaboration to align improvement initiatives with strategic business goals, ensuring long-term operational efficiency and reliability gains. I analyze production data to identify top scrap issues and facilitate root cause–based projects, leading and managing multiple cost-saving initiatives simultaneously to meet key objectives and deadlines. I oversee the collection of global top improvement initiatives and summarize them in a monthly highlights newsletter. Notably, I participated in a team effort that achieved nearly $7M in scrap cost savings in 2023.
