I created and managed LISAz Bloxbuilder, a Roblox/Bloxburg building service where I offered custom builds, autobuilds, interiors, houses, and creative projects for players. During this experience, I managed a community with almost 600 members, completed over 180 successful orders, and worked with a small team of 4–5 builders. I also created bots to help with server administration, order organization, communication, and moderation. My role included building in Roblox/Bloxburg, managing clients, organizing team members, checking project quality, keeping the server active, and making sure each client received the style they wanted. This helped me improve my Roblox Studio/building skills, communication, creativity, leadership, teamwork, and project management.
