What is considered a "Complex Garment"?
Standard items include basic t-shirts, hoodies, sweatpants, and simple caps. A "Complex Garment" involves advanced details : puffer jackets, trench coats, heavy pleats, complex zippers/pockets, or hard-to-simulate fabrics like thick leather. If you are unsure, just send me a message!
Will the clothes be worn by a 3D character/mannequin?
By default, I animate the garments using an "invisible avatar" (the clothes look like they are worn, but no body is visible). This focuses 100% of the attention on your design. If you specifically need a visible mannequin, please contact me before ordering.
What is included in the free revision?
The free revision happens during the low-res preview stage. You can adjust the camera angles, lighting, or correct the shape/texture of the garment. Once you approve the preview and the final HD render starts, any structural changes will require an extra fee.
I don't have a Tech Pack, only photos. Is that okay?
Absolutely! As long as you can provide clear, high-quality photos of the front, back, and sides of the garment, along with close-ups of specific details (and your logos in high-res), I can recreate it accurately in 3D.
Can you do custom aspect ratios for TikTok or Instagram Reels?
Yes! The default delivery is usually 16:9 (horizontal) or 1:1 (square). If you need a 9:16 vertical format for Reels/TikTok, just let me know when ordering.
