Leni made significant efforts to meet my requirements, but there were multiple revisions and the final video unfortunately fell short of my expectations. That said, Leni was responsive and flexible throughout the project. She also offered a partial refund as a goodwill gesture to acknowledge my disappointment.

It was $20 bucks to see if it was worth investing more in having someone else do it instead of me going into Canva, perplexity, etc. Took several attempts but landed on something I probably won't use but I appreciate the effort.

She was helpful and deliver quickly. Needs to read carefully of customers instructions when placing a revision request or messages.

Very good communications. Did videos a lot quicker than I could.
