Wedding & Reception Coordinator | Decatur, GA In 2024, I served as the Wedding and Reception Coordinator and Facilitator for a private client in Decatur, Georgia, helping bring their special day together from ceremony to celebration. My responsibilities included coordinating venue preparations, floral arrangements, décor placement, and the overall setup of the chapel and reception hall. I helped manage the transition from the wedding ceremony to the reception, ensuring the reception space was prepared and ready to welcome the couple and their guests. Throughout the event, I assisted with the flow of activities, handled on-site needs, and helped keep everything organized so the client could focus on enjoying their day. Following the celebration, I coordinated the breakdown of décor and event materials. This project showcased my ability to manage multiple details, adapt to changing needs, coordinate event spaces, and provide hands-on support from setup through breakdown.
