I worked with Dynamx, a leading email marketing agency, as an email designer, where I helped e-commerce brands improve their email marketing through professional and engaging email campaigns. My primary responsibility was creating marketing emails and templates for brands using Figma and Klaviyo. I focused on building clean, visually appealing email layout that aligned with the brand's identity and supported their marketing goals. Along with email creation, I also assist with Klaviyo flow setup, campaign management, and email marketing strategy. This included helping brands organize their campaigns and improve customer communication through automated flows, and maintain consistent email performance. During my time at Dynamx, I had the opportunity to work with businesses from a variety of industries. These include jewelry brands, food and cookie brands, health and wellness products, clothing stores, and freelance service providers. Working with different types of businesses helps me understand how to approach email marketing for different audiences and brand styles. Collaboration was an important part of the process. I worked closely with the Dynamx team to ensure every email matched the brand's voice and marketing objectives. Together, we helped multiple e-commerce brands improve their email marketing through well-structured Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows. This experience allowed me to develop strong skills in email design, e-commerce marketing emails, and Klaviyo-based campaign and automation, while delivering consistent results for clients.
