I love swimming, you will find me in the ocean or pool most days. This year I am planning to complete 12 x 5km ocean swims, one per month. I struggle with the pool sessions, so did a lot of research into the best workouts for me to improve my stroke, get me faster and more importantly get me to stay in the pool for longer (ie stop the boredom)....
