During my time in this role I managed the social media for three restaurants, two of which were the same brand but two separate branches. I have always had a keen interest in trends and content, plus my desire to drive sales through all channels available made me the perfect person for this job- I created personalities for each brand and kept the content in line with the respective personality. Following trends while pushing for bookings and advertising local and national events created very successful platforms for the businesses. I created content calendars and helped to plan content for the venues where requires, as well as take content when requested. The calendars were shared via google drive and ASANA and that worked really well, I periodically did a staff training on social media and what the job in the venue was to ensure we worked well together.
