I audit your app or website the way a first-time user experiences it. I walk through one key flow (signup, onboarding or checkout), flag every spot where someone could get confused or leave, and score each issue against Nielsen's 10 usability heuristics, from cosmetic to critical.

What do you need from me to get started?
Your product link, a test login if it’s behind a signup, and the one flow you’re most worried about (signup, onboarding, checkout, etc.). If anything’s unclear I’ll message you before I start.
Do you fix the problems or just report them?
I report and recommend. You get what’s broken, why it hurts users, and how to fix it. I don’t edit your product or code, so your designer or dev can take the report and run with it.
Is this based on real user testing?
No. It’s an expert review using Nielsen’s 10 usability heuristics. It’s fast and affordable and catches the obvious friction. If you need testing with real users, tell me before ordering.
What kinds of products can you audit?
Websites, web apps, and mobile apps. I’m strongest on onboarding, signup, checkout, and dashboards. Fintech, travel, edtech, and e-commerce flows are where I have the most to say.
What happens after you deliver?
You get the report as a PDF. If something in it is unclear, message me within 7 days and I’ll explain it. Premium orders also include a live call to walk through the findings.
