What is Claude Code?
Claude Code is Anthropic's terminal-based coding agent. It reads your codebase, plans changes, writes and executes code, and iterates until the task is done. I set it up so it actually understands your project instead of guessing.
Do I need an Anthropic API key or Claude subscription?
Yes, an active Claude Pro/Team/Enterprise plan or Anthropic API key is required. I'll guide you through getting one if you don't already have it, and make sure it's configured correctly in everything I deliver.
What's the difference between the Basic and Standard package?
Basic fixes or sets up your existing Claude Code environment. Standard builds a custom AI agent or automation from scratch, tailored to your workflow. If you're unsure which fits, message me and I'll tell you honestly.
Can you fix my Claude Code setup if it's already broken?
Yes. Whether it's a broken MCP connection, a misconfigured CLAUDE.md, or a failed install, I'll diagnose it live and get you back to a working state, usually within the same session.
Can you connect Claude to my other tools (Slack, Gmail, Notion, etc.)?
Yes, through MCP connectors and custom API integrations. Tell me your stack on our call and I'll confirm exactly what's possible before we start.
Do you offer ongoing support after the project is delivered?
Yes. The Premium package includes 14 days of follow-up support, and I offer monthly retainers for teams that want continued builds and tweaks after that.
Do I need any coding experience to work with you?
No. Many of my clients are non-technical. You describe the problem or workflow, I handle the technical build, and you get clear documentation so you're never locked into me.
How do I know which package is right for me?
If you just need something fixed or configured, choose Basic. If you want a custom agent or automation built, choose Standard. If you need a full multi-agent system plus ongoing support, choose Premium. Message me before ordering if you're unsure.
