What happens after I book an extra?
I send you my Airbnb email address in the chat. You invite me as a co-host, I confirm once I have access, and we agree on the reply window for guest messages.
How fast do you reply to guests?
With the guest messaging extra, we agree on a reply window in advance, for example within 6 hours between 8am and 10pm. Emergencies and decisions about refunds or damage stay with you.
Can you guarantee more bookings?
No one can guarantee that, because bookings also depend on price, photos, reviews and season. I make your texts as strong as possible so your listing has the best chance.
Do you use AI?
I use AI tools for research and first drafts, then review and edit everything myself.
