I worked in a dedicated so-called “QA automation” team. Our team mostly did a “glue” for internal legacy infrastructure. It’s including data preparation for UAT, scripts for deployment and testing and data preparation. One of my projects was end-to-end test suite for Invisalign Doctor Site (doctor’s web portal). It turned to be acceptance tests with 10000+ line of Gherkin complying to FDA policies.
