Send me your bidder proposals and relevant drawings/specifications, and I will create a clear apples-to-apples bid leveling package showing pricing, inclusions, exclusions, allowances, alternates, qualifications, missing scope, overlap risks, and clarification questions.

Does this Gig include a material quantity takeoff?
No. This Gig is specifically for subcontractor bid leveling and scope comparison. A complete material quantity takeoff or independent labor/material estimate is not included unless we separately agree to add that service before work begins.
What do I need to send you?
Please provide all subcontractor/vendor proposals you want compared, the relevant drawings and specifications, applicable addenda, and any bid form or scope sheet you want me to use. Only send documents relevant to the trade/package being reviewed.
What will I receive?
You will receive a structured bid-leveling package comparing bidder pricing, inclusions, exclusions, allowances, alternates, qualifications, scope gaps, potential overlaps, and clarification items. Standard and Premium packages also include deeper scope/risk analysis and a decision-ready summary.
Will you recommend which subcontractor I should award?
I will identify differences, risks, gaps, and unresolved items that can help support your decision. The final subcontractor selection and award decision remains with you.
What happens if I have more bidders, trades, drawings, or specification pages than my package allows?
Please purchase the appropriate Gig Extra or contact me before ordering. Anything above the package limits must be agreed and priced before the additional work begins.
Can you use my existing bid-leveling template?
Yes. If you already have an Excel or Google Sheets leveling format, send it with your order and I can use it when practical. Otherwise, I will provide the comparison in my standard structured format.
What counts as a revision?
One revision covers reasonable corrections or clarification to the original agreed scope. It does not include adding new bidders, new trades, additional drawings/specifications, or materially changing the assignment.
Do you provide legal, engineering, or contract advice?
No. I provide construction estimating, document review, and bid-comparison support. I do not provide legal interpretations, professional engineering/design certification, or guarantees that every concealed or undocumented scope condition has been identified.
